Complaints procedure

To comply with the PCCB Search Code and as responsible HIP Providers we are obligated to provide a fair & timely complaints procedure.

Should you feel that we have done something wrong, you are welcome to make an official complaint. This is what we will do following an official complaint from our customers:

 

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days

We will try and resolve your complaint within 4 weeks of receipt of your complaint.

If this is not possible we will keep you informed of our efforts and progress.

We will liaise with any organisations acting on your behalf.

We will send you a final decision on the complaint in writing.

 

If you are not satisified with the final decision you may refer the complaint to the Independent Property Codes Adjudication Scheme (IPCAS) the details can be found below. We will co-operate fully with IPCAS and comply with any decision.
